2. Participation/Preparation of Annual Recurrent and Capital Expenditure.
3. Establishment proposal and vacancy returns
4. Secretariat for taking minutes of meeting
5. General correspondence (memos, etc.)
6. Board of Survey and Enquiries
7. Maintenance of Government Vehicles and Transportation
8. Maintenance of office equipment
9. Sanitation
